Club Wyndham Cypress Palms Hotel Kissimmee, Kissimmee

My stay at the resort provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, featuring spacious rooms with a full kitchen and a serene outdoor area. The location is excellent for accessing local attractions, but I encountered some cleanliness issues during my visit. While the facilities are decent, I felt some amenities were lacking, especially with the pools being too deep for my young child. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there are some areas that need improvement.

What a wonderful surprise this resort was! Initially, I wasn't sure about the size of the property compared to others in the area, but the complimentary snacks and friendly activities staff made it an enjoyable stay. The pool area was relaxing, and Jeannifer at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The parking situation could be a bit tricky due to some ongoing construction, which was the only downside. Overall, great value for a lovely vacation.
